I rarely do this Occasionally, I decide that 1) my computer desktop needs new wallpaper, and 2) the internet doesn’t have any that I like. (Yes, all of the internets. I know.) So I might make some of my own. These aren’t always particularly good, but I think they both captured the topic I was interested in and did so in a simplistic way that kept the desktop very clean looking. So, naturally, I’m throwing them up for grabs on the internet. Here you go.
There’s only three right now, but there’s always the possibility I’ll add more later. I might even take requests, if you beg enough.

While a number of XKCD comics already work as wallpaper as is, I really liked this comic but, you know, found it a little too vertical to make my desktop. A little photoshopping and then yay it happens.

Pictures for Sad Children “Oh No Pigeons” Wallpaper
Possibly my new favorite webcomic (nihilism + absurdist humor = awesome), but alas alack, there are no wallpapers of this comic anywhere on the internets! So I took one with a line I loved quoting out of context and made a basic wallpaper to match the simplicity of the comic. The quality’s just a little fuzzy because I had to blow up the image a kajillion times, so I think I did pretty okay. It’s also widescreen, but anyone with any general idea of how to use photoshop could make it… uh, not widescreen rather easily.

Magikarp vs. Natural Selection Wallpaper
My post about Pokemon failing at the biology it wasn’t trying to fail at has been a massive success, and my most popular post by roughly 600 hits (which is amazing, since the next big hit got around 80), so I decided that there was enough potential there to give the people what they want and make a wallpaper of (right?). It’s based on what was my favorite part of my post, and is probably my favorite wallpaper I’m hosting right now, since it’s a result of one of my jokes, and not someone else’s like my webcomic wallpapers.
